A quintessentially English snuff in my eye, and my personal rating is 9 out of 10. Finely-ground base flour of reddish-brown color melded with a moderate amount of menthol—on the eucalyptus and camphor side, not spearmint—and topped with a touch of floral essence. At first sniff, the menthol cools you instantly but it’s far from overwhelming. Immediately following the cool rush of menthol, an impossibly pleasant floral essence takes hold. Only after a long while do you smell a bit of the base flour. Opening a fresh tin brings on a whiff of the usual Wilson’s of Sharrow tobacco-ammonia smell; it’s not disagreeably strong, but it is front and center alongside menthol. After a couple hours and decanting it into a small 5g tin (my preference), the ammonia dissipates. A wonderful medicated menagerie of aromas comes through. Floral essences set this apart from other medicated snuff, but it’s not at all like a strongly floral Fribourg & Treyer blend. Nicotine levels are medium-low—which is the ONLY thing I don't like about it—but the aromatic quality is incredible. It soothes like a cold lemonade on a hot day. Suitable for nearly any occasion; could be your "all day" snuff for sure. Excellent for warm and humid days.
This Snuff is another all day banger for me and a must have to clear my sinuses at bedtime 🌙 😴 plus I wake up randomly multiple times throughout the night and take multiple bumps and pass right back out lol. It really takes me back to childhood I can still remember seeing the older adults or grandparents having that tiny little tin of it they'd always keep in there pocket or in the junk drawer, medicine cabinet or somewhere randomly about the house or truck glove box. The color is redish with just enough moisture to work and a nice fine grind the smell/taste is👌 a perfect mix of Menthol,eucalyptus,peppermint and camphor with just enough vitamin N to get the job done and calm your nerves and ease your pain with the endorphin rush. This snuff is a real OG and will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️ A Top Banana 🍌 in my book. Grade A++ Top Notch

This is a very nice all day standard snuff with a good combination of tobacco and medicated aroma that means you'll keep coming back to it. The mentholated fragrance doesn't erode the tobacco flavour in the same way Hedges L260 does but creates a good balance. It's very dry and so it's a bit more challenging for some people than the L260 but it's a more rounded and considered medicated in my opinion
i prefer it compared to mcc original for it's stronger and cooler. By the way, i bought a package 10 days ago, i can't see the item received by Royal Mail yet.
